Mon4t’s FDA-cleared, HIPAA & GDPR-compliant neurological testing technology delivers active and passive neurological monitoring. More precise than traditional testing, the application tracks multiple parameters of neurological and psychiatric behavior and activity.
The neurological application platform allows neurologists to focus on the multimodality of all types of neurological conditions for inclusive brain monitoring and diagnosis of motor, cognitive, and affective symptoms.
Tests can be administered remotely or in-person using the patient’s own smartphone, eliminating the need for expensive equipment, maintenance, or component integration. Patients receive reminders to test themselves in compliance with the physicians’ protocols; the platform sends alerts if significant changes occur in a patient’s condition.
Using existing smartphone sensors, Mon4t sends detailed measurements to the cloud for complete analyses, extracting medical biomarkers using proprietary algorithms, and delivering AI-based insights on both the individual patient and population percentile levels to the neurologist, psychiatrist, or other relevant healthcare professionals.
Available as a white-labeled solution, it integrates directly into any healthcare platform – EMR, EHR, telemedicine software, etc. to make it easy to monitor and track individual patients.

We focus on measurable aspects that relate to affective division. Geo-fencing (indoors, outdoors), mobility, interactions (phone usage) and lingual indicators from phone keyboard’s usage.
For affective domain, subjective input often required as well. The app supports customizable questionnaires for more accurate affective assessment.

Temporal markers like “Sit-to-stand time” from TUG, “Time between taps” from Finger tapping. Qualitative markers like “Step Length”, “Sway” from TUG, “Average media-lateral accelerations in balance tests. Test-specific markers, like “Tremor Frequency / Energy” at tremor tests. At Cognitive tests we extract markers like “% correct / errors”, “Reaction time”, but also test-specific markers.
Mon4t platform includes a “Home” app that supports remote examination scenarios. Home app requires a digital “prescription” that can be generated using authorized Mon4t “clinic / physician” app.
A physician decides on test protocols and their frequency, when creating digital prescription, sends it to the patient via a text message, an email or any other digital communication channel. A prescription is essentially a link. A patient clicks the link to install the “Home” app, which configures itself according to the prescription. The data from “Home” app flows to the same place and becomes available for the physician to review.
All results (biomarkers) are stored in Montfort’s cloud and are available for the physician via web portal. There are single subject views and there are reports to download multi-subjects data, which is more useful for research scenarios.

Montfort does not store plain Personally Identifiable Information (PII). All data is pseudonymized before uploading to Montfort cloud, using a system-generated ID for each subject. Test results data still falls under PHI categorization and is subject to privacy laws, like GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA and others.
Industry security practices are applied, the data is encrypted at transfer and at rest. It is logically segregated and only authorized administrators at Montfort can access customers’ data, per company’s ISO 27001 certified Information Security Management Program.
Cognitive tests can run on any smartphone. Most motor tests require gyroscope sensor and therefore supported on devices that are equipped with a gyroscope.
